ORDER PROCESSING & TIME FRAME

-Early SMS Access Orders

Customers who place early SMS access orders will receive priority fulfillment. These orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days from the date of purchase.

-General Orders

All other orders are made in limited, high-demand batches. Due to the exclusive nature of our product drops, please allow up to 4–6 weeks for production and shipping. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We ship nationally. Whether you’re in Houston or Kentucky, the drop reaches your doorstep.

  • U.S. Domestic: 2–7 business days once shipped

All duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is fulfilled and scanned, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once your package is in motion.

We encourage you to monitor delivery closely — your drop is your responsibility once it leaves our hands.

DELIVERY ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by shipping providers

If something goes wrong, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but we do not offer refunds or replacements for issues outside of our control.

Each drop is limited, made-to-order, and crafted with intention. Once you place an order, it’s locked in. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with proof — and we’ll make it right if approved.
